Primavera in Stresa is a charming hotel. the staff at the reception desk are personable. - the hotel has an amazing location, close to shops, bars, restaurants, the lake, and the center.

Hotel Primavera has a very good location. It's easy to reach the beach, restaurants, shops etc. from the hotel. Hotel is very cosy and tidy. Rooms are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had something for everyone. Hotel staff was friendly.

This place was a great spot to stay for exploring the area, with friendly staff and a wonderful location near the lake and bay where we had a lot of fun.

Suitable for party. Decent food, superb service and excellent view of the lake and the mountain. Particularly good breakfast, especially muesli and cereal. What a marvellous location in a pedestrianised area! Also - so close to Stresa's lake, and the beach and train station.

I liked the central, yet quiet location of the hotel. The room was clean with comfortable beds and were adequately sized to accommodate a family with older children.

Enjoyed a brand-new triple room with a picturesque view of the city and the perfect location with amazingly helpful staff.

The location is comfortable and ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Borromeo Plaza. Good choice of restaurants and bars you can select. The room is functional, well-equipped comes with a lovely view and air conditioning and balcony.

Location: the hotel was close to the ferries and train station and local shops. And it was not too far away from La Botte, ate there couple of times...

We had an excellent stay at a centrally located hotel. the staff at Primavera were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. the room was clean and well-organized, perfect for our family of four. the hotel's location right off the city center and just a minute walk from the lake was convenient. the continental breakfast offered a satisfying selection, including delicious Italian brioche and great coffee. we highly recommend this top hotel in the area!

Room was renovated, good sound isolation from the street. Central location, near the lake.

TV was exclusively in Italian, If you have a problem with your room (like the drain in the shower was almost completely clogged), you have to insist that they look at it (they tried to persuade us that this is how it should be, without even looking at the problem). Even though we payed for the wireless internet, it was not always accessible.

Excellent location in the centre of shopping areas and close to all activities and transport. Friendly staff who were always available to help, 24/7. Nothing too much trouble and felt very welcome. Will definitely return one day.

Bathroom, great size but poor shower quality and low water pressure.

The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a beautiful old town and the lake just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider selection of fresh fruit.

Location within old part of town ie. Cobblestone street. Proximity to a friendly and well staffed bar and outdoor seating where you could observe the world passing by. Within the 'browsing' shops precinct. Relaxing atmosphere for those who wish to absorb the ambiance of the town. Some of the staff were outstandingly helpful and intuitive. Good breakfast. Hotel was selected for availability, price and location.

There were a couple of very very helpful staff. One man could fluently speak many languages and was extremely helpful. This was overshadowed by a couple of less helpful staff.
